MyBXL terminals on the territory of the City of BrusselsThe portal
MyBXL citizen offers each citizen his space
secure staff online. It allows access, in a few clicks, to several
procedures commonly carried out in the City, as well as the taking of

status of his file and receives a notification by e-mail when this status has
evolved or action on its part is required.MyBXL is a site
Mobile Responsive. Eventually, this portal will also be accessible via a
mobile application "MyBXL".For citizens
who do not necessarily have access to a computer, the City of Brussels has
installed on its territory public terminals to be able to access
to MyBXL (citizen portal) and to the tool 'make an appointment'.How to use
