Description
BLM is conducting supplemental NEPA analysis of 306 leases in 14 separate BLM oil and gas quarterly lease sales that previously occurred between May 2015 and December 2020. The subject leases comprise approximately 263,222 acres across 7 Field offices in the state of Colorado. This is in response to the following lawsuits: WildEarth Guardians v. Haaland, Nos. 16-cv-01742, 20-cv-0056, and 21-cv-0175
