Description
The Colorado State Indemnity Selections data set was generated using records extracted from BLM’s LR2000 case record database. The BLM and the Colorado State Board of Land Commissioners were seeking to satisfy the debt owed to the state for lands it did not receive under its Statehood Act of 1876, due to other rights or reservations encumbering the lands. Please refer to Decision Record DOI-BLM-CO-0000-2020-0002-EA and related documentation for additional information. https://eplanning.blm.gov/eplanning-ui/project/1501863/570 This data set has been projected to the UTM13N/NAD83 coordinate system and updated to match the final decision.
