Interior Regulations (Municipality of Sibbesse)
Description
In accordance with Section 34(4)(1) to (3) of the Baugesetzbuch (BauGB), the municipalities, in addition to the planning of buildings, establish, by means of a structural statutes, that the unplanned interior area is bound by the external area (ยง 35 BauGB). The demarcation has an impact on planning law admissibility of (construction) projects. The possible contents of the interior regulations are determined by the BauGB. The internal regulations are adopted by the municipal council as municipal statutes. It is binding on residents, builders and building authorities. The articles of association consist of one or more plans in which the determinations are drawn.
