Development plan Rissen 3 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Rissen 3 Development Plan of 13 July 1971 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, p. 159) is amended as follows:
1. In § 2, the following number is added:
5. In the core area, gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33(i) of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at representations or acts of sexual character, shall be prohibited.’
2. In Section 2(1), the following shall be inserted after ‘Amusement venues’:
“(with the exception of point 5)”.
