Regional real estate - Assets available
Description
The real estate assets owned by the Piedmont Region are divided into real estate: State-owned and patrimonial (available and unavailable).
The available assets include the assets of the categories indicated in Article 826 of the Civil Code, as well as all other assets defined as such by state and regional laws.
The real estate consists of buildings, land, mineral waters, spas, quarries and peat bogs and is distributed in over 200 Piedmontese municipalities as well as some properties respectively in the Province of Salerno, Brussels and Cordoba (ARG).
The final value refers to the 31/12 of the year preceding the publication, indicated in the "Year" field of the dataset.
