Description
State property owned by the Piedmont Region for acquisition in any capacity and intended primarily for public purposes (see Article 822 et seq. of the Civil Code).
The real estate consists of buildings, land, mineral waters, spas, quarries and peat bogs and is distributed in over 200 Piedmontese municipalities as well as some properties respectively in the Province of Salerno, Brussels and Cordoba (ARG).
The final value refers to the 31/12 of the year preceding the publication, indicated in the "Year" field of the dataset.
