Dataset - Breakdown of the number of persons with general disability by degree of disability (1-24%, 25-59%, 60-79%, 80-100%), type of functional impairment, gender, age and form of employment.
Selected information on persons of legal age who during the reporting period have a positive decision of the State Medical Commission for the Assessment of Health Condition and Working Ability (VDEĀVK) regarding the overall loss of working capacity.
Statistical data is obtained from the welfare information system LabIS.
The age of a person shall be determined by the end of the reference period or by the date of death of the person.
One person may have several decisions at the same time regarding the loss of general ability to work.
One person may have several functional disorders at the same time.
Functional disorders are divided into groups of disease forms according to the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Health Problems, version 10 (ISD10).
Employed - if a person has been self-employed or an employee for at least one day during the reference period.
Persons for whom the loss of ability to work has been determined as a percentage and who are employed – persons who have a positive decision of the VDEĀVK on the loss of general ability to work in the reporting period and who have been in the status of a self-employed person or an employee for at least one day in the reporting period. Persons for whom the loss of ability to work has been determined as a percentage and who are not employed – persons who have a positive decision of the DEVESC on the loss of general ability to work in the reporting period and who have not been in the status of a self-employed person or an employee for any day in the reporting period. Persons for whom a percentage loss of ability to work has been determined and functional disorders of REDZES have been determined – persons for whom a positive decision of the VDEĀVK on general loss of ability to work is in force during the reporting period and there is a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to visual impairments. Persons for whom DZ% has been determined and functional disorders of DZIRDES have been determined – persons for whom during the reporting period a positive decision of the VDEĀVK on loss of general ability to work is in force and a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to hearing disorders. Persons for whom a percentage loss of ability to work has been determined and functional disorders of MOVEMENTs have been determined – persons for whom during the reporting period a positive decision of the VDEĀVK on general loss of ability to work is in force and there is a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to movement disorders. Persons for whom a percentage loss of ability to work has been determined and functional disorders of PSYCHIC AND EDUCATION have been determined – persons for whom a positive decision of the DEVESC on the loss of general ability to work is in force during the reporting period and there is a valid positive decision on disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to mental and behavioural disorders. Persons for whom the percentage loss of ability to work has been determined and the EXTERNAL functional disorders/type of disorders has been determined have not been indicated – persons for whom a positive decision of the DEVESC regarding the general loss of ability to work is in force during the reporting period and there is a valid positive decision regarding disability, the basic diagnosis of which is related to other disorders or the type thereof has not been indicated.
