Noise protection area for steering construction management planning
Description
For traffic and special airports as well as for military aerodromes with jet aircraft operation, among other things, noise protection areas were identified in the regional plans in accordance with LEP 2006 B V 6.4.1. By means of the transitional regulation to noise protection areas under § 3 of the Ordinance on the LEP 2013, as amended by the Ordinance of 21 February 2018, the provisions of B V 6.4.1 continue to apply to airports in Munich, Salzburg and Lechfeld until the establishment of a noise protection area for the respective aerodrome pursuant to § 4 of the Act on Air Noise Protection. Section 3 of this Regulation shall expire on 1 September 2023.
