Solar cadastre NRW: Open space photovoltaics – Privileged areas pursuant to §35 (1) sentence 8 b) BauGB
Description
The NRW State Office for Nature, Environment and Consumer Protection (LANUV NRW) operates the NRW solar register in the energy atlas NRW specialist information system. This dataset contains the areas which are privileged for open-area photovoltaics pursuant to §35 (1) sentence 8(b) BauGB. Shown are the 200 m edge strips on motorways as well as on double-track railways of the higher-level network (including S-Bahns). The areas were derived from the country-wide ATKIS data for an initial overview. The areas must always be assessed on site by the planning offices of cities and municipalities in terms of their privilege.
