WMS Development Plans Hamburg
Description
Web Map Service (WMS) with encircling of the development plans (established and ongoing) in Hamburg.
zoning plans are legally binding plans, which include zoning plans, partial zoning plans, implementation plans and, since 1962, today's zoning plans under the Federal Building Act (BBauG) or, from 1986, under the Building Code (BauGB). The development plans consist of the plan drawing, the text of the law or ordinance with the textual stipulations and a justification. Development plans for smaller areas make the binding determinations for the development and other use of the land. They are to be developed from the land use plan (preparatory land use plan).
The raster data in the form of scanned plans are made available as PDF files via the city and landscape portal (link address see under references). The textual fixations are assigned to the image files in the form of text documents (Pdf files). The justifications are also available there as PDF files.
Information on the individual development plans is provided by the relevant district office. The link addresses to the urban planning departments of the district offices can be found under references to the data set descriptions.
