Description
Compensation areas are presented, which result as a legal consequence from public-law approvals of the various federal, state and local authorities and were transmitted to the lower nature conservation authorities of the districts/district-free cities for the maintenance of the compensatory list. The State Office for Agriculture, Environment and Rural Areas of the State of Schleswig-Holstein LLUR compiles a nationwide database from the regular data deliveries of the lower nature conservation authorities on the compensation areas of the individual districts/district-free cities. This nationwide database is subject to constant completion and further development. With regard to common data contents/attributes (in accordance with the requirements of the Provincial Ordinance on the Eco-Account, the establishment of the Compensation List and standards for replacement measures (Eco-Account and Compensation List Ordinance-Eco-Account Ordinance) of 28 March 2017 (GVOBl. 223) is unified. Important note: The individual data differ depending on the district/district-free city in terms of coverage depth and intensity. An inhomogeneous data situation is hereby pointed out. There is therefore no direct comparability between individual districts/district-free cities.
