The development plan Langenhorn 12 for the area of application east side of the Langenhorner Chaussee from Neubergerweg to Fibigerstraße and west side of the Langenhorner Chaussee from Essener Straße to the state border including adjacent parcel parts and parcel 1150 of the district Langenhorn-Schmugstieg between Langenhorner Chaussee and state border including adjacent parcel parts of the district Langenhorn (district Hamburg-North, district 432) is established.
