Description
The download service provides information on geology in the Free State of Saxony. It transmits the geological solid and loose rock units in scale 1: 25,000 divided into quaternary and prequarter. The data set provided is an excerpt from the overall map. The INSPIRE-compliant implementation of the further map areas is currently in progress. Incomplete data on stratigraphy and/or petrography of individual surfaces are gradually completed. The map work is one of 7 geological maps, which is provided for the territory of the Free State of Saxony in their own map services INSPIRE-compliant.
