Description

The development plan Rissen 47 for the area of application Schöns Park between Sandmoorweg and the road Höhnerkamp (District Altona, district 226) is approved. The area is delimited as follows: North-west boundary of parcel 4521, via parcel 1957 (Rheingoldweg), north-west boundary of parcels 4711 and 4710, north boundary of parcel 4710 of the Rissen-Sandmoorweg-Nord- und Ostgrenze of parcel 5415, via parcels 683 and 682, south boundary of parcel 682 of the Rissen-Höhnerkamp-Nordgrenzen of parcels 4341 and 5641, north-west boundary of parcel 4339 of the Rissen-Gudrunstraße-Südgrenzen of parcels 4755, 4752, 4750, 4747 and 1882 (railway installations), via parcel 1882, north boundary of parcels 1882 and 4543 of the Rissen-Gudrunstraße-Südgrenzen.
