Plans for mandatory zoning planning in the Hamburg Harburg district
Description
Building plans (binding zoning plans) are legally binding plans, which include stage plans, partial building plans, implementation plans and, since 1962, the current building plans under the Federal Building Act (BBauG) and, from 1986, the Building Code (BauGB). The building plans consist of the legislative or regulatory text containing the textual provisions, a statement of reasons and (usually) the drawing of the plan. For smaller areas, urban development plans make binding provisions for the construction and other use of the land. They are to be developed from the land use plan (preparatory zoning plan).
The grid data in the form of scanned plans will be made available as PDF files via the Urban and Landscape Portal (link address see references). The textual stipulations and justifications are assigned to the image files in the form of text documents (Pdf files).
Information on the individual development plans and the building plans in the procedure is provided by the competent district authority. WBZ decides on specific competence. The links to the urban planning departments of the district offices are provided under references.
