Six-hour zones for drinking water Rijkswaterstaat intake points
Description
The protection zones are intended to be able to act on potential threats to the water quality at the site of the water extraction (the intake point). The protection zones are based on a 6-hour contour, taking into account currents and winds and also that additional preventive and curative measures may be necessary within this contour due to calamities.
