Development plan Eidelstedt 4 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

The Ordinance on the Eidelstedt 4 development plan of 16 October 1973 (HmbGVBl. p. 436) is amended as follows: 1.The annexed "Annex to the Ordinance amending the Ordinance on the Eidelstedt 4 Development Plan" is attached to the Ordinance. 2.The "Single Paragraph" becomes § 1. 3.The following § 2 is added: § 2 The following provisions shall apply to the execution of the development plan: 1.In industrial areas and industrial areas, retail establishments are prohibited. 2. Exceptionally, retail establishments are permitted which have a direct spatial and operational connection with craft or manufacturing businesses and have no more than 10 per cent of the area covered by the company building, but no more than a total of 200 m2 of sales and exhibition space. 3.Exceptionally, shops for local supply up to a sales area of 100 m2 are permitted. 4.The Building Use Ordinance in the version of 23 January 1990 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 466, 479), is applicable. 5.The area referred to as "A" in the Annex to the Regulation shall be designated as an industrial area."
