District of Gütersloh: main Natural Spatial Units
Description
Data from the LANUV (Landesamt für Natur, Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz) on the main natural units. The division of North Rhine-Westphalia into main natural spatial units primarily takes into account geomorphological, geological, hydrological and soil-related criteria in order to divide the landscape into larger uniform areas (regional spatial units with largely uniform natural features). For each object there is a data sheet with information.
