Maximum flow rate map Zoute Ecotopen Wadden Sea 2017
Description
An ecotope map has been made of the Wadden Sea using 2017 as a map. This salty ecotope map is built up by merging several layers of information from the intertidal area: soil altitude map (height and depth), geomorphological map, dry fall duration map, flow velocity map, wave map and salt map. The flow rates are calculated with the Simona-coast strip-fine-v6 model using a curvilinear grid.
