Description
The National Environmental Protection Agency, in its capacity as the competent authority for environmental protection at national level designated to coordinate the implementation of the provisions of Directive 2010/75/EU (IED) (transposed by Law 278/2013 on industrial emissions), annually carries out the inventory of installations falling under Chapter II (IPPC)
