Development plan Rahlstedt 12 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The following provision is added to Section 2 of the Rahlstedt 12 Development Plan of 10 June 1969 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, p. 112):
5. In commercial areas, retail establishments and commercial leisure facilities (such as squash and ten-nis halls, bowling alleys) are excluded. Furthermore, gambling halls and similar undertakings within the meaning of Paragraph 33i of the Trade Code, which serve the installation of gaming equipment with or without profit opportunities, as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at representations or acts of sexual character, shall be prohibited.’
