Development Plan Rahlstedt 12 1st Amendment Hamburg
Description
In § 2 of the Ordinance on the Rahlstedt 12 development plan of 10 June 1969 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt, page 112), the following provision is added:
"5. In the industrial areas, retail establishments and commercial leisure facilities (such as squash and tennis halls, bowling alleys) are excluded. Furthermore, gaming arcades and similar undertakings within the meaning of Section 33i of the Trade and Industry Code, which serve to install gaming machines with or without profit opportunities, as well as demonstration and business premises, the purpose of which is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature, are not permitted."
