Description
The data product contains information about detailed plans in Sweden. The main purpose of
a detailed plan is to regulate the use of land and water areas as well as buildings.
‘Detailed development plan’ means a plan as described in Chapter 4, Section 2 of the Planning and Building Act (2010:900).
(PBL) The data product may also contain the plans that have been drawn up with the support of previous
legislation, and which according to PBL's transitional provisions apply as a detailed development plan. These are:
building plan, town plan and demolition plan.
The municipality may choose to make information available at any time in the detailed development plan process.
The data product may therefore contain information that has not yet acquired legal force. Detailed plans
started before 2022-01-01 does not need to be made available digitally and can therefore be missing in
the data product.
