Basic registration: Valuation Real Estate (WOZ) [DONL]
Description
In addition to the authentic given ‘determined value’ (WOZ value), the data collection for the Basic Registration WOZ consists of the data necessary to relate this value to both an immovable property and to an interested party. In order to relate the WOZ value to an immovable property, there is on the one hand the (derived from a BAG address) indication of an immovable property and on the other the link to cadastral plots and/or addresses and to BAG residences, pitches, berths and/or buildings. It also determines for which interested party the WOZ value is significant. The NAW data of this interested party have been recorded partly through a relationship with the BRP or the Trade Register. There are also stakeholders who are not recorded in one of these registrations.
