Dataset including all data for samples analyzed in Darling et al. 2018 Environmental Science & Technology. Includes OTU counts for all samples, taxonomic assignments for all OTUs, variables associated with vessels, and family-level counts across all vessels (used for indicator analysis). File also includes metadata describing all variables.
