The operating model describes how the environmental impacts of ICT are taken into account.
in the construction of juvenile services, covering the planning, development and development of services
different stages of the work and maintenance life cycle.
The operating model has been primarily produced to support the SADe programme (Electronic

projects. It is also available and freely usable.
