Evaluation report on the 2002 climate strategy
Description
The ex post evaluation of the 2002 climate strategy was carried out on the basis of emission data up to and including 2003. The evolution of emissions from 1990 to 2003 was taken into account in all sectors, but the focus of the evaluation of measures is on the years 2000 to 2003.
