Non-legally binding monument-area statutes Wuppertal

Description

The data set covers the spatial scopes of all non-legally binding monuments regulations of the City of Wuppertal according to ยง5 Monument Protection Act NRW (DSchG NRW), constructed on the basis of the digital property map based on the draft statutes (plan plants and location descriptions). As of 03/2017, 2 procedures are underway in Wuppertal for the definition of monument areas (local cores Cronenberg and Beyenburg), the completion of which is not yet foreseeable. A continuation of the database must only take place once a monument area statute has been completed (removal from the dataset) or when the scope polygon has been defined in a new procedure (supplement in the dataset). The factual attributes for the scope polygons include a place name, the procedural status and the planned official names of the articles of association. The dataset is available under an open data license (CC BY-ND 4.0) with the exclusion of data modification.
