Kainuu regional plan combination in a single data model (HAME)
Description
The material produced by the Regional Council of Kainuu covers the regional land use plan data in force in the region:
-Kainuu County Plan 2020
-Kainuun 1st phase regional plan 2025
-Stage regional plan for Kainuu trade 2030
-Kainuu wind power regional plan 2030
Kainuu phase regional plan 2030
-Kainuu wind power regional plan 2035 (Authorised on 6 March 2024, not legally valid, situation on 28 October 2024)
The data includes the regional reservations, sub-areas, lines and sites of the regional plans of Kainuu. The scale of the regional planning in Kainuu is 1:250 000. The dataset does not include the indication ‘M’ for areas dominated by agriculture and forestry, which covers virtually all the ‘white areas’ of Kainuu province and is accompanied by a planning regulation. Areas dominated by agriculture and forestry have been dealt with in the Kainuu regional plan 2020 and the Kainuu phase regional plan 2030.
The dataset is visualised according to the HAME data model, which differs from the visualisation of confirmed regional plans. The HAME visualisation is based on the regional plan markings developed and jointly agreed in the HAME project (Harmonised regional plans as e-services).
