GL 2b — floodplain and moor scenery
Description
The sowing of the areas for the AUK measure “GL 2b — New permanent grassland from arable land in flood floodplains and on moorland” is an offer under the successor directive to Directive NE/2014. The eligibility requirement is the conversion of the land formerly used as arable land, which were within an existing field block of the land use category arable land (AL). In addition, the areas must lie within the floodplain and bog scenery that can be viewed here. The backdrop represents a potential backdrop.
In the context of the examination of the application for support through Directive NE/2023, it is considered in individual cases for the specific area whether the conversion of arable land into permanent grassland precludes species conservation requirements or other technical concerns.
In this case, the investment measure for the conversion of arable land into permanent grassland and subsequently the GL 2b measure cannot be used.
