Development plan Hoheluft-West 5 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
Section 2 of the Law on the Development Plan Hoheluft-West 5 of 2 March 1970 (Hamburg Law and Ordinance Gazette, page 100) is replaced by the following:
» SECTION 2
The following provisions apply to the implementation of the development plan:
1.In the special area shops are only permitted. Exceptionally, pubs and food stores as well as non-interrupting craft businesses can be authorised.
2.In the commercial area, consumer markets and shopping centres shall be prohibited.’
