Development plan Hoheluft-West 5 1st amendment Hamburg

Description

Paragraph 2 of the Gesetz über den Bebauungsplan Hoheluft-West 5 of 2 March 1970 (Hamburgisches Gesetz- und Verordnungsblatt, page 100) is replaced by the following: "Paragraph 2 The following provisions shall apply to the execution of the development plan: 1.In the special area shops only shops are allowed. Exceptionally, pubs and restaurants as well as non-disturbing craft businesses can be approved. 2.Consumer markets and shopping centres shall be prohibited in the industrial area."
