Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Pfarrackern-Schlossackern — 5th Amendment” of the municipality of Seelbach from XPlanung 5.0. Description: The planned area is located in Seelbach, about 500 m northwest of the village centre. The size of the planned area is approximately 11 ha, of which 6.6 ha are in the change area and 4.6 ha, in the lifting area.
