Description
Permanent grass in the MSO layer contains permanent grass which is located in an environmentally vulnerable area (MSO) and therefore must not be ploughed up. In 2015, all permanent grass fields located more than 50 % within the MSO were completely covered. In 2016, for new PG fields within MSO, only the joint quantity between the field and the MSO layer is covered. Once a field has been designated, it cannot be removed from the layer. Ecologists are not covered by the rule, but are nevertheless apparent from the layer, as the validation in IMK that one should continue to notify pg here does not appear for ecologists.
