Digital Height Model Flanders II, Solar irradiance grid, 25 cm
Description
The Solar irradiance grid includes the total annual solar irradiance (kWh/m2/year) calculated as the sum of the direct and diffuse (radiance reflected by the atmosphere and the ground surface) monthly solar irradiance values. The calculation also takes into account the relief and shading by nearby structures up to (at least) 200 meters further. Grid with ground resolution of 0.25x0.25 m2, created by VITO and Digitaal Vlaanderen (EODaS) on behalf of the Flemish Energy and Climate Agency (VEKA) based on the LiDAR LAZ remote sensing source data from DHM-Vlaanderen II.
