ID — record identifier
institution_id — Institution identifier
institution_name — name of institution
group_language — Group language
group_language_en — English group language
program_starting_age — the starting age of the curriculum
application_registered_date — date of registration of the application
desirable_start_date — desired start date
child_uid — child identifier
priority_5years_old — Priority: 5 years old (mandatory education age)
priority_commission — Priority: extraordinary reception by decision of the Commission
priority_sibling — Priority: a child’s brother or sister is studying in the institution
priority_parent_reg_localgov — priority: the parents’ declared place of residence is in Riga
priority_child_reg_localgov — priority: the child’s declared place of residence is in Riga
private_kg_fin_by_localgov — co-financed by the municipality in a private pre-school institution
nanny_fin_by_localgov — receiving municipal co-financing for child care service (aukle)
chose_not_to_receive_inv — parent does not wish to receive an invitation to start studies in a municipal pre-school (visits private preschool, co-financed, etc.)
