Development plan Tonndorf 3 1st amendment Hamburg
Description
The Law on the Development Plan Tonndorf 3 of 26 June 1964 (HmbGVBl. P. 139), as amended on 4 November 1997 (HmbGVBl. P. 494, 495, 497) is amended as follows:
1. The attached “Appendix to the Ordinance amending the Law on the Tonndorf 3 Development Plan” is added to the Act.
2. In § 2(3), the following sentences are added:
‘In commercial areas, retail establishments other than mail-order establishments shall not be permitted. By way of exception, retail trade in conjunction with crafts and manufacturing industries are permitted. The Building Use Ordinance, as amended on 23 January 1990 (BGBl. I p. 133), as last amended on 22 April 1993 (BGBl. I p. 466, 479).’
