Environmental zones in Lower Saxony
Description
The environmental zones Hannover and Osnabrück were defined in their location and extent by the cities in an air pollution control plan. Depending on the stage, only vehicles of certain pollutant groups may enter an environmental zone. The pollutant groups differ in the level of particle emission and are identified with different colored labels. Red for pollutant group 2, yellow for pollutant group 3 and green for pollutant group 4.
This data set describes the environmental zones in Hanover and Osnabrück in their spatial location and extent, the respective restrictions for motor vehicle traffic are terminated differently.
