Development plans dre Stadt Kirchen (Victory):The 2nd amendment of the development plan "Narr II" served to make the permitted uses more flexible. The originally defined "pure residential areas" pursuant to § 3 BauNVO were replaced by "general residential areas" pursuant to § 4 BauNVO.
