Description of the INSPIRE Download Service (predefined Atom): The second amendment to the development plan "Narr II" served to make the permitted uses more flexible. The originally defined "pure residential areas" pursuant to § 3 BauNVO were replaced by "general residential areas" pursuant to § 4 BauNVO. - The link(s) for downloading the records is/are dynamically generated from Get Map calls to a WMS interface
