The data product consists of the environmental zone phenomenon that belongs to the product group NVDB and the product subgroup Traffic Regulation Types in NVDB.
The data product includes traffic rule on environmental zone.
The data product is registered on the car network. The car network includes the reference links where the road traffic network is designated as a car network.
The purpose of the data product is to show the demarcation of environmental zones. The data product is derived from existing traffic rules and can be used to regulate traffic accessibility.
The regulation is done by means of applications for route planning and navigation preventing vehicles, which do not meet certain environmental requirements, from travelling in environments where air pollution is sought to be controlled.
