Description

The interoperable INSPIRE-WFS Soil / FESCH - Grablöcher Bodenschätzung Brandenburg is a download service containing data in the Annex-Schema Boden (derived from the original data set: FESCH - Grablöcher Bodenschätzung Brandenburg) is provided. He gives an overview of the grave hole descriptions of the soil estimate (with and without strata). These form an essential information basis for soil mapping. According to the INSPIRE data specification Soil (D2.8.III.3_v3.1.0), the contents of the card are INSPIRE compliant. The complete dataset comprises more than 3 million objects and consumes a total of approximately 13.5 GB of memory. For performance reasons, the WFS therefore returns a maximum of 50,000 objects via a GetFeature request. Therefore, the query should be spatially restricted via the BrandenburgOX parameter in order to obtain all objects in the map section. The WFS includes the following feature types: - Observed Soil Profile (so:ObservedSoilProfile): Representation of a soil profile found at a specific location, the description of which is based on observations in a trench or by means of a borehole. As well as information on the character of the soil-derived object, the observed property, the soil-derived observation of soil-related properties, the result of the observations of the soil-derived object (om:OM_Observation). - Observation process (ompr:Process): With details of the organisation involved in the process (LBGR). - Soil layer (so:SoilLayer): With information on the allocation of the stratum to a term corresponding to its type, to the observed soil profile, which serves as a reference profile for a particular type of soil in a specific geographical area, to the upper and lower depth of the profile element, measured from the surface of a soil profile. As well as information on the character of the soil-derived object, the observed property, the soil-derived observation of soil-related properties, the result of the observations of the soil-derived object (om:OM_Observation). - Soil plot (so:SoilPlot): Place where a specific soil study is carried out. --- The compliant INSPIRE-WFS Soil / FESCH - Grablöcher Bodenschätzung Brandenburg is a download service that delivers data in the annex schema Soil (derived from the original data set: FESCH - Soil pits of the soil survey Brandenburg). It provides the descriptions of the soil pits of the soil survey (with and without layer information). Thesis form an essential information basis for soil mapping. The content of the map is compliant to the INSPIRE data specification for the annex theme Geology (D2.8.III.3_v3.1.0). The complete dataset includes more than 3 m. objects which takes up a total memory of 13.5 GB. Due to performance reasons the WFS provides a maximum of 50,000 objects for one GetFeature request. Further information about the character of the observed soil profile, the observed property, the soil profile observation of soil related properties, the result of the observations of the observed soil profile (om:OM_Observation). - Soil plot (so:SoilPlot): A spot where a specific soil investigation is carried out.
