Regional series statistical database data as spatial data
Description
Area series - Key figures enables the use of statistical data by sub-region of Helsinki using the open WFS interface. The statistics are based on the data in the Helsinki region statistical database.
The information is updated annually. The statistics are annual and the timing of their statistics varies by topic. The data consists of seven different themes:
- demographics
- population changes
- education level
- income of dwelling units
- households and families
- buildings
- housing and construction
- jobs
The data is available for download in several formats, including JSON, KML, GIF, Tiff, GeoTiff, JPEG, PNG CSV, Esri Shape. Available formats can always be found under OutputFormat in the [GetCapabilities query](https://kartta.hel.fi/ws/geoserver/avoindata/wfs?request=GetCapabilities) for the service.
**Coordinate systems:**
- Maintained in ETRS-GK25 (EPSG:3879), can be projected to other coordinate systems. See GetCapabilities query for other possible coordinate systems.
