Accumulation of pressures that can cause physical damage by selective physical extraction in the Levantine-Balear Demarcation (EM LEVA PRE Physical Extraction)
Description
Taking into account the spatial distribution of sand extraction areas, potentially dredgeable port areas and hydrocarbon exploitation permits in the Demarcation, areas with potential impact by physical selective extraction have been identified. The percentage of area affected by any of the activities described has been calculated for each mesh cell. The results obtained are classified according to the following intervals:
Very High: Greater 50 % / High: 30 to 50 % / Average: 10 to 30% / Low: 2,5 to 10 % / Very Low: less than 2,5 %.
