Land development plan Hausbruch 11 1st amendment Hamburg

The ordinance on the development plan Hausbruch 11 of 26 April 1966 (HmbGVBl. p. 127) is amended as follows:
1.Annex to the Regulation amending the
Ordinance on the zoning plan Hausbruch 11"
added to the Regulation.
2.In § 2, the following point 3 is added:
"3. The following applies to the area shown in hatched form in the annex:
3.1 Retail establishments are prohibited from displaying or storing these items in the industrial area unless they deal with motor vehicles, boats, furniture, carpets and other surface-consuming articles including accessories or with building materials, tools, gardening tools and other construction and gardening supplies.
3.2 Amusement arcades and similar companies within the meaning of § 33 i of the Trade Regulations, betting shops, brothels and brothel-like establishments as well as demonstration and business premises whose purpose is aimed at representations or acts of a sexual nature are not permitted."
