Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Station Area” of the city of Meßkirch from XPlanung 5.0. Description: for the reactivation of a railway fallow designation special area for large-scale retail establishments (dm, Takko, EDEKA).
