Description
The development plan Blankenese 46 for the scope between Süllbergsweg, Kahlkamp, Charitas-Bischoff-Steppe and Blankeneser Hauptstraße (Altona district, district 223) is established.
The plan area shall be limited as follows:
Süllbergsweg — Schulten Immenbarg — via parcel 195 — Blankeneser Hauptstraße — Kahlkamp — northeast and southeast boundary of parcel 850, northeast boundary of parcel 849, northwest boundary of parcel 848, north-west border of parcel 846, east boundary of parcel 847, northern boundary of parcel 474 (Blankenes main road), West boundary of parcel 840, west, north and east boundary of parcel 2225, northeast boundary of parcel 2527 — Charitas-Bischoff-Steppe-East and northern boundary of parcel 391, eastern boundary of parcel 388, north, east and south boundary of parcel 387, eastern boundary of parcel 386, east and south border of parcel 385, northeast boundary of parcel 407 — Steiler Weg — northern boundary of parcel 413, north and east boundary of parcel 414 — Op'n Kamp — Blankeneser Hauptstraße — Schlagemihl’s staircase — east and south boundary of parcel 330 Blankeneser Hauptstraße — Hans- Lange-Straße — Schulten Immenbarg — Bornholdt’s staircase over the parcel 2254 (Süllbergsterrasse) of the Blankenese area.
