Description
The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Unterer Bifang (2nd change)” of the city of Schönau in the Black Forest from XPlanung 5.0. Description: Change of use, General residential area is partly mixed area.
