Vahti guideline 2006/12 Identification in public administration online services
Description
This guide applies to dealing with the authorities. The Guide replaces the Ministry of Finance’s Guide to Identification in the online services of central government (Ministry of Finance 6/01/2003). The guidelines have been supplemented, updated and restructured. A completely new guideline includes the attached vocabulary, a review of the reliability of the identification of users of online services, consideration of general identification services and application application services and government services, as well as a section dealing with the identification of parties in e-mail communications.
This guide is intended for the management of agencies, information management and network service planners. The guide does not deal with related services such as encryption, technology or products.(29.9.2011)
